LineManager® is a Web-based solution to track commercial lines of credit using data directly from your borrower's accounting system. LineManager enables
your bank to efficiently monitor borrower activity while the borrower makes the most of the collateral in the borrowing base. Borrowers can see the
information on which the bank bases their lending decisions. LineManager provides real time access to critical information, allowing the bank to proactively
manage risk without additional software, hardware or expert technological skills. The online program is hosted and maintained by Goldleaf, a leader in bank
technology solutions.

Borrowers are required to regularly upload collateral data from their accounting software. Loan officers have online access to current information about
collateral and trends in the borrower's trading cycle. You can receive warnings about potential problems by setting up criteria for notifications about
irregular account activity and line items. You can even track a borrower's financial status daily as needed.

Current financial information
Assets such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory can gain or lose value almost overnight. Decisions based on stale information can weaken a loan review process and put the bank at risk. LineManager allows the bank to receive critical and timely A/R and A/P data directly from the borrower's accounting system. Lenders can review trends and make decisions with confidence while borrowers can take full advantage of their borrowing power.
Web-based and secure
A computer with Internet access is the only thing you need to use LineManager. Users can log in from any computer at the office or at home. LineManager is accessed at a secure Web site that uses both SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and authentication (authorizing users by name and password). Our Security Policy offers more details. All borrower users have the same level of security/access. Banks have the option to implement three user security levels: Supervisor, Department, and Loan Officer.
Portfolio information at a glance
One portfolio screen provides an overview of all borrowers' loan balances, borrowing bases, and amounts available. Lenders can scan the portfolio to detect potential problems or develop a task list. The LineManager Portfolio Summary provides all relevant information in one report.
Borrowing base detail
The borrowing base lists an individual borrower's collateral components (A/R, Inventory, and Other Assets), based on line parameters specified by the credit officer. Assigned threshold values limit exposure on any single type of collateral. A new borrowing base is created (automatically calculated) when the borrower or bank submits a collateral change or the bank updates the borrower's loan balance.
Red flags and notifications
Lenders can define line parameters and red flag rules, including advance rates, to receive automatic warnings on accounts to be closely monitored. Based on the current information, lenders can include or exclude collateral before updating the borrowing base.
Online reports
Bank and borrower users have real time access to online reports, which may be saved/viewed in Adobe® PDF or exported to Microsoft® Excel.
