MedCashManager® is a convenient Web-based system that allows you to get cash for your accounts receivable by selling them to the bank at a discount. How does it work?

1. MedCashManager is designed to be non-intrusive to your current operations. The bank purchases your accounts receivable at a discount, both initially and ongoing as new receivables are generated. Funds are deposited into your account, giving you the positive cash flow you need.
2. You continue to handle your own billing and posting processes as normal, while using MedCashManager's convenient, online system to send daily transaction reports to the bank to identify any new charges, payments or adjustments posted to your system.
3. If a claim or portion of a claim remains unpaid for a predetermined period of time (typically 120 to 150 days), you repurchase the non-remitted amount and pursue collections in whatever manner you prefer.
4. You also gain access to key management reports, such as Funded Aged Receivables and Credit Application, so you know the status of your funded transactions at all times.
